Q: How do I know which products are original?

A: All our products are purchased directly from suppliers in Seoul, Korea.

Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept as form of payment:

Credit / debit card for mayor and client security from us through Paypal.
Bank transfers to USA, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. NOTE First you must coordinate with us

Q: Which countries do shipments?

A: We ship to the USA and most countries.

Q: How long does my order arrive?

A: Shipments to the US can last 3 to 6 days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: We offer free “standard shipping” shipments to US.

Q: When do you ship my product?

A: We send the subscription boxes 15-20 days after each payment.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: You can cancel an order if it has not yet been sent, for more details review your policies.

Q: How can I see the product’s expiration date?

A: Expiration dates may vary from two to five years from the date of manufacture, depending on the product. If you can not read Korean, we will be writing a publication on how to identify it in more detail.



Q: When will my box be sent if I purchased in Preorder Time?

A: At this time we are in pre campaign launching our subscription by the boxes, all people who sign up and pre-order the notifications sent by email our date of shipment for the month of November 2017.

Q: Why do they charge a subscription fee?

A: We charge a fee when you subscribe because our boxes are partially customized which entails additional work, this one payment will not be charged for this again.

Q: How often are the boxes sorted by subscription?

A: You will be charged for your first box as soon as you register and then automatically every two months. The registration fee is only paid the first time you register.

Q: Should I be registered in the store?

A: Yes, in order to manage your subscription you must create an account in our store.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

A: Yes. The deadline to cancel automatic renewal is at least weeks before your next renewal. Open orders are not canceled.

Q: How can I notify the shipping of my box?

A: Shipping dates are posted on our website and additional are shipped with notification and tracking number of your box except for international shipments. If I place the order after we have already sent our boxes of month correspondences and they were sold out in their box next month.
